Pitco® Frialator® Fryer Filter System for #18 Fryers
This portable fryer filter system from Pitco® work with all size 18 fryers (except E18). It has a 75 pound oil capacity, a S/S lift cover, and a paperless filter assembly. The low profile allows for placement under the fryer drain.
