What can you say about a Boos Board? It's only the finest cutting board on the market! I firmly believe that every serious chef should own at least one - and don't put it away - leave it on the counter; it's also furniture.
One quick tip about care: get some 400-grit wet-or-dry abrasive paper at the hardware store, and use that to massage in your Boos Mystery Oil. It will ensure the oil is worked deeper into the wood fibers, and smooths rough spots. Don't attempt to sand out your cutting marks - those are a badge of honor on your board, and should remain.
