Pitco® Economy 40-45 lb Capacity 105,000 BTU Propane Gas Fryer


Pitco® Economy fryers feature a gas control valve, temperature limit switch, and a welded tank with smooth peened finish that's easy to clean. A thermostat maintains the selected temperature automatically and a temperature switch shut off the gas if the temperature exceeds the upper limit.

  • Gas control valve stops gas flow to main burner until pilot is lit and shuts off gas flow if the pilot goes out
  • Temperature limit switch shuts off gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit
  • Front 1-1/4" NPT drain for quick draining
  • Two nickel plated oblong, wire mesh baskets
  • One nickel-plated tube rack
