QUESTION
How does this dispenser work? Does the dispenser mix the chocolate in addition to dispensing? Can you use any powder hot choc mix?

ANSWER
Hi, the manufacturer suggests to mix the cocoa with milk or water in a pan before pouring it into the bowl. It is possible to mix these directly in the container. Powder mix can be used. Thank you.
