QUESTION
I just got a stain (egplant dip) on the handle Can this be washed in a dishwasher? I have a miele d/w with stainless steel interior No exposed heat coils. Thanks JM

Hello, the manufacturer does not recommend that any of their knives go through a dishwasher. Instead, they should be hand washed and towel dried. Thank you!
