QUESTION
Should aluminized steel be greased before baking? (Americote plus) What is th proper cleaning method?

ANSWER
You should apply a baking pan lubricant to the baking areas of the pan as needed. Bread products may only require lubricant before the first bake and after washing. Cake products will most likely require pan lubricant with every bake. You should wipe still-warm pans with a clean towel, or a towel that has pan lubricant on it after every use. Avoid pan washing whenever possible but use a mild soap with water when you do so. Do not use abrasive cleaners, never soak pans, and do not put in the dishwasher. Thanks!
