QUESTION
What's the maximum temperature water can reach on this cooker? I've purchased 1500w cookers before but they're unable to heat up water pass 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
ANSWER
Hello, the manufacturer has said the temperature range is approximately 120-220 degrees Fahrenheit for this warmer. The temperatures may vary slightly due to environment, installation, etc. Thank you!

QUESTION
I make cheese as a hobby. Can I heat my milk in this Cooker/Warmer without
a warming pan?
ANSWER
Hi. You'll still need some sort of stainless steel pan to put into the warmer, or else the milk is going to be touching the heating elements.

QUESTION
Does this come as show or are the pans/lids etc... extra?
ANSWER
This is just for the cooker/warmer. You would need to order the adapter plate that you need (for 11 qt, 7 qt or 4 qt insets). And then the insets to fit that adapter.
Thank you.
