The RTR-8 refrigerated countertop system that keeps everything at NSF safe temperatures. The RTR-8 holds 4 pans 1/6th size, 4" deep pans in lower section and 4 pans 1/6th size by 4" deep in upper section. Each pans has its own hinged, removable polycarbonate cover. The RTR Model is great for salad bars or condiment stations. The cold wall refrigeration system utilizes a 1/5 HP compressor.

QUESTION
Is there a temp control and if so where is it?

ANSWER
Hello, here are the instructions from the product manual on adjusting the temperate for this refrigerated dispenser: "If the unit is not holding food products below 40 deg.F, it is necessary to adjust the unit. This is done by: first, shut unit off and disconnect power, and second, remove the six screws holding the back panel in place. Remove back panel to expose the thermostat which is above the power cord. Adjust the thermostat in small increments and let the unit and food product stabilize; continue this procedure until the unit is holding your condiments at the desired temperature.
