Alto-Shaam® HSM-38/3S Merchandiser & Display Cabinet

The HSM-38/3S Merchandiser & Display Cabinet features - 3 shelves, 24 chicken boats with dome covers total. Each of the three (3) thermal kinetic shelves are independently controlled allowing for exact and consistent warming for specific food type, density, and packaging. The eye-catching fixture design and bronzed silk screened thermal shelving is accentuated by the low-wattage fluorescent lighting that safely and conveniently illuminates your product offering while making product access safe and convenient. The space-saving display is vertically stacked shelf design maximizes the amount of product you can display in a small linear footprint. The HSM-38/3S display can be used as an end-cap, in line, or free standing. Optional rear sliding glass doors allow full access without impending service areas.
