This dolly is sold without the handle. The handles item number is 79028050 and it costs $38.70.

#327810 fits this dolly just fine. It wasn't a tight fit, so I'm thinking that 20x20 is the inner dimensions of this dolly.

The height of this dolly is 6-11/16" The wheels are are 3" so depending on where you want to measure from.
