QUESTION Can I use this for chocolate, caramel and hard tack candy temperature readings? I am looking for something that is very reliable and durable.
ANSWER Hello, according to the manufacturer the temperature limit on this unit is 500 degrees F, so as long as the chocolate/caramel/candy, etc. temperature does not exceed this, it will work for your purposes. Thank you!
