This product is one of the most important items at the begging of the shift because all our bars need to cut lemons and limes for our cocktails garnish.
This product id very strong because we had one before and was functional for about 7 years.
All is great about this product that why we both two of then and we will keeping buy it for our Hotel.

Question:
I am interested in the Sunkist 6 Section Fruit Wedger. I want to know if it has a blade for wedging and coring apples. I like the fact it has a leaver on it but is the forc e somehow increased so that a person could wedge 40 bushels of apples? Will it handle 3 inch and larger apples? Is it possible for me to give it a trial and return it if it doesn't meet my need?

I would suggest Item Number 314925 which is a fruit sectionizer. We sell a separate corer set for it. It is item 109733. |
