Vollrath® Optio™ 10 Qt. S/S Brazier
Purchased this brazier mainly for making my merlot braized beef short ribs. Dutch ovens were always a little too small in diameter. This size was perfect for our largest burner for sweating the veggies on the stove top and then just insert into oven for the low and slow cooking to finish the meal. Cleaned up with ease, looks nice, and seems to be of quality construction.
