Hi, this is made from cold forged steel, which is supposed to conduct heat better than stainless steel.

How do you clean the wok so it doesn't get rusted?
Answer:
Hi, this wok needs to be seasoned with either oil or lard, wiped clean, and then re-oiled. Then it needs to be put on the fire to seal it, and then it is ready to use. Thank you!

Hi. I had them physically measure it and it can hold 44 quarts of water almost to the very top. Thanks! |
