My pyrometer is saying on the screen when it powers up NO CAL. Then it continues to read as LOW. However while in ice water it does flash a negative temperature but returns to LO. What can I do to fix this? Thanks
Hello, it is possible that this unit is low on batteries, or that the probe has been inserted incorrectly or is broken. Where can I order a replacement probe for the Atkins EconoTemp 32311-K Thermocouple?

How does the warranty work. Or how do I go about getting my thermometer fixed/replace using warranty. One probe is not reading correctly(is it under same warranty) the thermometer itself will read open, or go from showing temperature to just showing "-- --"
