I like how easy it is to clean this blender but that's about it.
I tried making smoothies several times and all times I've been frustrated with using it. It doesn't blend well and it needs a lot of help so I have to go in with a spoon and mix it or shake it and repeat. Whatever is at the bottom stays at the bottom and whatever is at the top, stays at the top. It says that there will be no ice chunks but there's always chunks of ice. Not to mention, it's really loud.
