APW Wyott 36" Electric Countertop Griddle - CE Listed EG-36H-CE

This APW Wyott EG-36H-CE 36" electric countertop griddle is designed for maximum speed and versatility. Two independently controlled heating zones give you the ability to perfectly prepare a variety of products. Set one section on high for hamburgers, chicken, or bacon and the other on low for toasted buns or eggs. The electric griddle has a temperature range of 150° to 450°F. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350° in only 11 minutes! The griddle plate is 3/4" thick and fully welded to the griddle's base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery.
