Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ Mobile Pass-Thru Heated Holding Cabinet

These Cres Cor® AquaTemp™ pass-thru mobile cabinets are fully insulated to hold heat and humidity in the cabinet. The 2000 watt heating system can hold food temperatures up to 200°F. This cabinet features interior coved corners to prevent food build-up, anti-microbial heat resistant ceramic magnetic latches, and field reversible insulated doors. The AquaTemp™ system allows you to control the humidity level in the cabinet. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean and provides durability. The 5" swivel casters make moving this cabinet easy, even on carpet.
