Can the mod#966 be used to cook pizza, and are the Rockite decks available for them?

ANSWER
Hello, this deck oven works well for any item that requires gentle baking and all-purpose roasting. It can hold (12) 10" pie pans, (2) 18" x 24" bun pans, (24) 9.5" x 5" bread pans, (16) 9" x 7" roll pans, (14) 19" x 4" pullman pans, (9) 13" x 16.5" cut tins, (2) 20" x 28" roast pans, or (4) #200 pans. The Blodgett manufacturer also makes ovens specifically for pizza (such as items 285878, 897967, 105580, 103064, and 327798, among others). We currently do not carry the rock decks, but they are an available option.
