Cres Cor® Non-Insulated Mobile Cabinet w/ Bottom Mounted Heater
The Cres Cor® non-insulated hot storage cabinets helps keep foods at serving temperature with a powerful heating system. As with other Cres Cor® cabinets, this unit is made from Hi-Tensile aluminum with a brushed aluminum door. The corrugated side wall hold 18 x 26" pans without tipping and the gravity type latch keeps the door shut. The controls are conveniently located on the out side of the cabinet and this unit has an easy to read thermometer. The 5" heavy duty casters make moving this cabinet easy.
