Star® Mfg Star-Max® Throttling Thermostat 15" Gas Griddle

Star® has a gas griddle to suit your needs, whether you are cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner. Star® Star-Max® gas griddles have a temperature range of 150 to 450°F that you can control. This griddle is available in 15", 24", 36", and 48" widths to suit your space requirements. The stainless steel plate provides fast end even heat distribution. The body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for durability and this griddle has a 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer.
