This is a great product. I have been using it with colored cocoa butter for my chocolates.
My only problem is that it is a little difficult to clean, but then i am using it with cocoa butter, so if you are using it with the regular colors it should be okay.

Haven't used my Kopykake Airbrush yet as I am waiting on a bulk order of various shimmer colors and gel pastes which have not arrived. Will give you an update when I am able to use my airbrush. I did, however, use this exact brand airbrush in pastry school and it did a magnificent job!

I currently have an airbrush gun that has a trigger to adjust the amount of air flow. Does this gun have the same thing or is the only way to adjust is the knob?
