This 2-sided smooth sandwich grill from Star® has aluminum platens for non-stick cooking. You can cook sandwiches, quesadillas, chicken or burgers. The 3" grilling height accommodates thick sandwiches and allows 3-4 pounds of pressure when grilling. The bottom platen has a splash guard to prevent burns and the water resistant plastic conduit protects electrical connections. The front panel has an ergonomic designed control panel and a removable grease drawer.
