This 10.1 Cubic Foot Horizontal Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed to provide the user maximum functional reliability with the flexibility to both store and serve ice cream product.
  • Exterior - non-peel or chip white powder coated steel; durable and permanent.
  • Designed to hold Ten (10) 9?1/2" (3 gallon) ice cream containers.
  • Cold wall refrigeration system. Maintains -10°F to +8°F (-23.3°C to -13.3°C).
  • Patented reversing condenser fan motors. Fan motors reverse during defrost off cycles to help keep condenser coil free from dirt, dust and debris. Keeping coils clean optimizes the unit's performance providing colder holding temperatures and increased energy efficiency. Regularly scheduled thorough cleaning of coils still recommended.
  • Entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate. A new, innovative, high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
  • ANSF-7 compliant for open food product.
  • Dual access, removable lids.

Question:

what are the sizes of the lids for example 11 and half by 23 and so forth trying to make the summer with my two old frezzers dont think i am going to make it so i will be in contact with you soon let me know the size of lids thanks

Hi. The lids are about 22 inches x 11 inches (technically hinged lids in each of the 2 sections). Please refer to the spec sheet in the "Literature" tab for a drawing. Thanks!
