Description

This San Jamar® Cool Touch Flame™ Mitt is a conventional style mitt that offers heat protection up to 535°F for up to 30 seconds, and intermittent flame protection up to 900°F. It also offers steam protection, making it a valuable tool for any kitchen. This mitt has an angled cuff design for comfort and is ambidextrous. An integrated magnet and loop allow for easy storage.

I have went through many oven mitts including the silicon type that are supposed to work so well. This is the only mitt that provides complete protection from extreme heat. Although these are great, I wish I would have bought the longer ones. Due to cost, I chose to buy the shorter ones but wish I would have purchased the longer ones. I believe these mitts will last for a very long time so the price is worth it. In addition, they are the only product I have used that provides complete protection.

These are great oven mitts. I have a pair of my own and use them pretty much exclusively for all the baking I do. I never worry about burning my hands through the mitts and they are flexible enough that I feel like I always have a good grip on what I am holding.
