This Star® Pro-Max® has heavy-duty cast iron plates that provide the perfect cooking surface. These grill plates provide a cooking height of 3" and 3-4 pounds of pressure. The 2 cooking plates cook in half the time and seal in flavor. The ergonomic control panel provides easy access to controls and the grease drawer is removable for easy cleaning. The temperature range is from 175 to 500°F.
