This griddle is available in 15", 24", 36", and 48" widths to suit your space requirements. The Star-max® electric griddles provide even heat distribution for excellent results every time. A 4000 watt element every 12" eliminates hot spots.

what temperature do you set it at to make hamburgers?

There is no specific temperature to set for hamburgers. You can set the temperature at either a high or low setting base on how long you wish to take to cook the meat. Thank you.
