what are the basket specs for this fryer?
Answer:
You can use item number 356072 with this fryer. The basket is 5-1/2" x 6" x 12-5/8". Thank you.

this fryer shows casters then says it is on legs in description. Does it come on casters? also does it come with quick disconnect kit?
Answer:
Hi. This fryer comes standard with 6" (15 cm) steel legs with 1" adjustment. A set of four casters are optional. This does not come with a quick disconnect kit. NOTE: If quick-disconnect supply lines or flex lines are used, increase supply line size to ¾-inch (22-mm) or larger.

Is this portable? Can it operate off of a portable propane tank?
Answer:
Hi. This fryer does not need to be hooked to an electrical supply, so it's portable in that sense. Please note that this unit comes with the legs and that the casters are sold separately. Yes, this can use propane with the proper regulator. Please see the manual located in the "Literature" tab for more information. Thanks!
