Star® Mfg. Star-Max® 10 lb Elec. Countertop Fryer w/ 2 Baskets

The Star-Max® countertop fryer is designed to cook a variety of menu items. The 510FD model fryer has a heavy duty 10 pound lift-out stainless steel kettle for easy draining of oil. The immersion type tubular heating elements provide even heat and flip up for easy cleaning. The temperature ranges from 200° to 375°F and this fryer provides the ability to change temperature quickly. The hi-limit on-off switch provides easy operation. This fryer is compact and takes up only 11 inches of counter space and important in kitchens where space is limited.
