Question:

what is the natural gas connection on a 105 BTU fryer?

Answer:

Hi. The power output on this fryer is 150,000 BTU/hr. The incoming gas supply line should be a minimum of 1½" (40 mm) in diameter. The gas supply lines must be sized as indicated in the chart located in the manual, based on the total number of fryers connected to the main gas supply. I will upload a manual, which you can download from the "Literature" tab. It should be up by tomorrow. Thanks!
