Question:

Is this a single phase machine? Is it available in 60 quart? Is hook and bowl included?

Answer:

Hi. The Hobart Legacy® Planetary Mixer (item #873747) is 200-240/50/60/3 with 2.8 Amps. According to a Hobart Ampere ratings spec sheet, the 2.8 is listed under the 3-phase category. Items #950499 and 498101 are single phase. The 60 qt models are HL600. These mixers have a swing-out bowl, but the dough hook “ED” Dough Hook is not included. Thanks!
