Star® Mfg. Star-Max® 13" Wide Cheese Melter

Star® cheese melters will warm, reheat, or melt a variety of menu items. Forced convection keeps the food hot but the outside cool to the touch. The quartz infrared elements provide fast consistent heat. The power saver feature cut electric consumption by 75%. There is a 15 minute timer to melt cheese or other food products perfectly.
