Question:
Our thermometer does not show temps. Just put in a brand new battery and it still does not work. We have it mounted on outside of glass to get the outside temperature. We thought it stopped as battery was dead. What else can it be?
Answer:
Hi. I've read that the color of the object behind the thermometer can affect the readability of the LCD display. Try placing a white piece of paper or a white label behind the thermometer and see if the numbers show up better. If they don't show up at all, maybe the LCD is defective, and you can contact Taylor USA about your warranty/repair. http://www.taylorusa.com/taylor-support
