This chopper will not mash so your meat comes out with natural flavors and colors. Ideal for "on demand" meat chopping for processing fresh, boned meat.
Includes: working unit, 19-1/2" x 11-1/2" x 2-1/2" Stainless Steel feed pan, Protective type tinned chopping end, plastic feed stomper, one knife and one 1/8" diameter plate.
