The Cres Cor® Roast-N-Hold™ insulated convection oven slowly circulates the air in the oven chamber for even cooking and helps keep meats moist and juicy. These ovens feature presetting automatic controls, field reversible insulated doors, silicon doors gaskets, and anti-microbial latches to protect against germs. This oven can cook and roast up to 300 lbs. of meat at one time. The oven is non-venting and easy to install. The stainless steel construction and coved interior corners make cleaning super easy. This oven comes with free cooking and operation manuals. This oven is made specifically for correctional institutions.
