Being used for a coffee shop atmosphere at a church. Have only had the 2 airpots for a few weeks, but so far works wonderful and keeps hot beverages very hot.

I run the coffee club for about 60 people in the company where I work. They are all heavy coffee drinkers. We run 4 airpot dispensers all day long (decaf, regular and two French roast). Our airpot coffee dispensers are heavily used and take a lot of abuse. I've seen hyped-up department managers do a hit-and-run on these pots with a heavy hand that would make any manager proud. These dispenses are capable of taking abuse that would make any overworked employee proud.
I've been running this coffee club for 7 years. The pump mechanism on these Wilbur Curtis Thermo Pro dispensers is very durable. They far outlast any other brand of dispenser I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot of big name brands). I am not fond of button-pump dispensers. I like levers. The lever on these Wilbur-Curtis dispensers is extra long and quite sturdy. You can easily pump out a large cup of coffee in one quick press of the lever.
FINAL NOTE: These are restaurant quality airpot dispensers. As such, they are hard to find individually. They are usually sold in a case of 6 for about $225. That's more than I need or want to spend for a private coffee club. If you are in that position, be patient and shop around. Search for TLXA2201 or TLXA2201G000 and it will help.
