Star® Mfg Holman Ultra-Max® Impingement 50" Conveyor Oven

Holman Ultra-Max® electric conveyor ovens prepare a variety of menu items including pizzas, cookies, or pretzels. Easy to use controls and LED temperature display make using this oven easy. These ovens use hot air under pressure to heat and air impingement keeps moisture in the oven. Auxiliary fans pull air in from outside to cool the control box and other components to provide longer oven life.
