The CWM-2A is built for quick response warming and easy clean up, The CWM-2A counter food warmer can preheat water to 212°F in just minutes. An innovative "serpentine" shaped heating element design evenly distributes heat throughout the warmer, providing every guest with a consistently warm product. Both the exterior of the warmer and the interior liner are made of durable stainless steel. The CWM-2A designed to cook and hold pre-cooked foods from frozen state which makes it perfect for soups, brats, chili's, and other dishes that need a quick thaw during the cooking cycles and a gentle warming heat for serving.
