Can this cutter be used to cut hard candies (ie toffees or brittles)? Also I assume it is adjustable for width?

This can not be used on hard candies. And yes, it is adjustable. Thank you.

What is the depth of the blade? In other words, what is the maximum depth of the caramel I can cut? From one blade end to the other, how long is it? Says usually ships in 3 weeks. Can I get it faster? Thanks! -Paul
