Hi. Yes, you can use eggs with this. The method recommended in their "Capacity Chart" for salad dressings and mayonnaise is to use the cut/mix attachment, mixing baffle with scraper, and the "run" method for about 1-3 minutes.

Hi. Yes, this is a brand new machine (all products sold on our site are new). This particular model has electrical specs: 460/60/3. Item #376176 has electrical specs of 415/3/50, which look close to the one on Hobart's Australian website (power 415/50/3 - 10amp (max 3.73kW)). We will have someone contact you shortly. Thanks! |
