Salvajor ScrapMaster 5-HP Pre-flushing and Disposal System

The Salvajor ScrapMaster is especially made for areas that do not allow the use of waste disposers. Scrap collectors use re-circulated water for pre-flushing that reduces water and sewer costs. The Salvajor scrap collector uses only 7 gallons of water per minute and the scrapping speed is more than double that of a pre-rinse spray. Dishes or even school trays with dried or baked on food can be soaked in the collection basin while you work on other kitchen chores. Scrap collectors are a sanitary alternative to smelly garbage cans. These scrap collectors are low maintenance and economical. The collector washes food waste through the sewer and reduces food waste by up to 50% and weight by up to 80%. The ScrapMaster is perfect for use in school cafeterias.
