I bought the scale last week, the numbers do not completely light up and are hard to read. I changed the batteries and that did nothing. What should I do
Hi. The Taylor® Precision Glass Platform Digital Bathroom Scale has a backlight display, which makes it easier to read the numbers. The numbers don't actually light up, but are made to read easier with the backlight. If you would like more information or servicing, please read the manual in the "Literature" tab of this product page for how to contact Taylor. Thanks!
