This Star® gas griddle operates on natural or propane gas. This gas griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450°F that you can control. The stainless steel plate provides fast end even heat distribution. The body is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for durability and this griddle has a 4-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer.
