The Globe Food Equipment 3600P manual slicer has a 13" gear driven knife that slices cheese or meat easily. The stainless steel contraction allows for easy cleaning and sanitizing. This slicer has Quick-Clean™ antimicrobial protection on the knobs and handles to help stop the growth of bacteria. The EZ-Glide™ slicing table is designed to make slicing safe and easy. The 3600P has a knife sharpening system to make sure your blade is always sharp.
