Dexter Russell Connoisseur® 10" Forged Chef's Knife

To me this is the most comfortable chef's knife. I can finely dice an onion before the tears start. The balance is great and I can rock the blade as much or a little as I need to. The quality of the blade is very good. I'm an old fashioned cook, so I use my utensils a lot, and this holds up to my expectations. I have other kitchen knives, but this is the one I use the most.
