This Ultra-Max® stainless steel gas griddle provides manual temperature controls for the budget minded cook. A highly polished stainless steel surface provides even cooking results. This griddle features a "Euro-style" design and ergonomic front control panel. There are 30,000 BTU burners every 12". Ultra-Max® gas griddles have a front grease trough and grease chute for easy clean-up.
