how do you use this product/?
Answer:
First make sure that the the percolator is unplugged. You will fill the urn with water. Put a filter in the basket and fill it with coffee grounds and place the lid over top. After that plug in the percolator and watch it. Once it stops perking unplug it and be careful removing the filter basket. After all that you can enjoy coffee.

Answer:
It really depends on your preference of whether you want strong or weak tasting coffee. A good rule is to use 2 tablspoon per cup. Then you could adjust it to your liking. Thanks.

Hi. You don't need a paper filter because it comes with a filter basket. Thie perculator has a removable power cord, a two-way non-drip faucet, stay cool handles and knob, an indicator light lets you know when the coffee done brewing.
