my 100 cup coffee maker needs a new thermostat in it and where could I buy this piece so that I can install it and have warm coffee again. It is Model #33600 and is a West Bend product , who bought out the West Bend name?

can you advise what size coffee filters and size of bags of coffee are needed to brew 100cups? does your company supply them or if you can advise where to purchase the supplies at a reasonable cost? is this machine able to hooked up with a water supply?
Answer:
Hello, this product does not require filters and instead comes with its own basket. For 100 cups of coffee, it is listed as needing 6-1/4 cups of ground coffee. This product is not designed to be hooked up to a water supply. We currently do not sell bags of coffee. We would recommend contacting local coffee stores to find out what companies they receive their beans from. Thank you!
