Description

This Cleveland Range gas steamer uses pressure‐less cooking with forced convection steam to cook food quickly and thoroughly. With this steamer, you can open the door during the cooking cycle and swap foods in and out to keep up with the pace in your busy kitchen. For greater energy efficiency, this steamer uses convection jets to blast out high velocity convection steam without the need of fans. Convection jets produce a high velocity convection steam without fans
Coved corner design in cooking compartment distributes heat evenly and is easy to keep clean
Cold water condenser for each compartment maintains a dry steam
Fully insulated cooking compartment with removable stainless steel slide racks
"Cool to the Touch" compartment door and free floating inner door with reversible door gasket provides for air tight seal
Stainless steel Slam/Latch door latch mechanism
Compartment doors hinged left, controls on the right
High efficiency gas steam generator with NickelGuard™, electronic spark ignition and automatic water fill on start up
Automatic generator drain at shutdown: contains a "Water Jet" spray rinse cleaning cycle to keep drain clear
Automatic generator mineral purging cycle automatically cleans generator, reducing scale build up
Automatic water level control system with low water power cut‐off circuit
Steam generator equipped with high limit pressure safety switch, 15 psi safety valve, and steam generator pressure gauge

QUESTION
Hello! We just purchased this product #24-CGM-200 from an auction to put in our new location. But need to know is it vented or ventless? Where in the manual can I find this information and also most important where would I find of this is able to be away from under the hood exhaust system or is it requires to be under the hood system?? QUESTION
The steamer we have is mounted on legs, do you have a wheel kit for this steamer model? We have to pull this in and out to make repairs upon breakdowns, it would be a lot easier if it was on wheels.
