Star® Mfg Star-Max® 36" Gas Griddle w/ Safety Pilot

This Star® gas griddle has a polished stainless steel cooking surface for even heat distribution and the throttling controls can adapt quickly to temperature change. These griddles have "U" shaped 28,300 BTU burners every 12". Each burner is equipped with a safety pilot for safe and easy operation. Other features include a 4-1/2" high splash guard, 4-1/2 quart grease drawer, 3-1/4" grease trough and chute, and 4" adjustable legs.
